How to make rice milk soap to lighten skin and remove stains

Although I was aware that my body would undergo many changes during pregnancy, one of those who was not expecting me was the appearance of spots on my face, I was literally super colorful.

The spots on the face are caused by sun exposure without using sunscreen, hormonal imbalances, age, among other factors; according to a study from the University of Kragujevac, Serbia.

I tried different creams and commercial products that promised to remove stains, but none worked for me. Fortunately, a co-worker revealed her secret to lightening her skin: a rice milk soap.

Better yet, I did not have to spend a lot of money, because I had sent the recipe to do it myself. After two weeks of use, I began to notice that the spots on my face were fading and by the first month, they were almost imperceptible.

That’s why today, I want to explain how to make a rice milk soap to lighten the skin, do not stay stained!

You need to:

  • 4 tablespoons of rice powder
  • 2 glycerine soaps
  • 2 tablespoons almond oil
  • Soap Mold
  • Grated

Preparation:

Grate the 2 bars of glycerine soap, pour into a mold and put a few minutes in a bain-marie, add the 4 tablespoons of rice powder, 2 tablespoons of almond oil and leave on the heat. stirring with a spoon until all ingredients melt and no lumps remain. Remove from the heat and pour the mixture into the mold to make soap, let stand overnight and the next morning will be ready.

Wash the stains on your body with rice milk soap, as you do when you bathe with your usual soap. This rice milk soap is applied not only to remove sunspots or age spots, but also to whiten elbows, underarms and knees.
