Ingredients for 4 persons
As you can see, pasta does not make you fat as long as you’re prepared with a healthy sauce. For this recipe, you’ll need:
– 300 grams of complete pasta
– ½ cup plain yogurt without sugar
– ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 3 medium-sized zucchini cut into thin strips
– 2 cloves of minced garlic
– 8 cherry tomatoes
First, bring a pan of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 9 minutes until al dente. Then remove the water and drain your pasta. Book them and proceed to the preparation of your sauce.
For the sauce:
Mix the plain yogurt with parmesan and lemon juice in a bowl. Then salt and pepper at your convenience then put your preparation aside.
Take a large skillet and heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the zucchini to the pan. Cook them by turning them regularly on each side, until their texture becomes soft.
Then add the garlic to the pan and continue cooking for 30 seconds while mixing.
