The herbal cheese blini consist of the delicious Blini dough combined with aromatic herbs and fresh cheese. Whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner – the pancakes look great.
Ingredients for herbal cheese blini
- 350 ml of milk
- 2 eggs
- 150 g of flour
- 150 g of grated cheese
- 1 bunch dill
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Vegetable oil for greasing the pan
Preparation of herbal cheese blini
Step 1: Put milk, eggs, sugar and salt in a bowl and stir in the ingredients.
Step 2: Add flour, stir and let the liquid dough rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 3: Slice dill and parsley small. Add grated cheese, dill and parsley to the dough.
Step 4: Add vegetable oil to the dough and stir.
Step 5: Grease the pan with vegetable oil and heat it well.
Step 6: Take some of the dough with a ladle, put it in the hot pan and move the pan so that the dough is even and thin.
Step 7: Fry herb cheese pancakes at medium heat first from one side, then from the other side for about 1 minute each.
