Ingredients:

  • One hundred and twenty-five grams of powdered sugar and soft butter.
  • Half a cup of sugar.

  • Two hundred and twenty-five grams of white flour.
  • Tablespoon of baking powder.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • Two cups of chocolate granules.

How to prepare:

  • Place the soft sugar, sugar, and butter in an electric mixer and mix to get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Add eggs, baking powder, vanilla, salt, and mixing.
  • Add flour and mix until a coherent paste is formed, then add the chocolate granules.
  • Form the mixture into balls, then place it in a baking tray lined with butter paper.
  • Cook the cookies into a medium heat oven for a quarter of an hour or until they become golden.

Coconut Cake

 Ingredients:

  • Four cups of milk, preferably cold.
  • One hundred grams of sugar and starch.
  • Three hundred grams of ground coconut.
  • Two teaspoons of liquid vanilla.
  • Four teaspoons of custard.
  • A handful of coarsely chopped pistachios.

 How to prepare:

  • Mix the custard, starch, milk, coconut, and sugar in a saucepan over the fire.
  • Leave the mixture on low heat for five minutes or until it infuses.
  • Remove the mixture from the fire, pour it into a glass tray, then insert it into the refrigerator for four hours or until it holds together.
  • Remove the coconut cake from the refrigerator, then decorate it with pistachio.

Ingredients:

  • Two eggs.
  • Two cups of milk.
  • Four hundred grams of white flour.
  • Half a tablespoon of liquid vanilla.
  • Tablespoon of both: vegetable oil, baking powder.
  • Four teaspoons of each: chocolate granules, chocolate fat.

 How to prepare:

  • Mix the vanilla, milk, flour, baking powder, oil, and eggs in a bowl.
  • Heat a non-stick pan on the fire, then pour a quarter cup of the mixture into it.
  • Leave the crepe on low heat for 10 minutes or until it is cooked in all respects.
  • Remove the crepe from the fire, then grease it with chocolate, then roll it in rolls.
  • Cut the crepe in the form of circles, then sprinkle the granules of chocolate on it.

Biscuits and milk

Ingredients:

  • Four cups of milk.
  • Twelve teaspoons of starch.
  • Four teaspoons of sugar.
  • Two teaspoons of each: flower water, rose water.
  • A grain of mastic powder.
  • Pack of biscuits.
  • Half a cup of syrup or as needed.

How to prepare:

  • Heat the milk in a saucepan over the fire, then add sugar, starch and stir to get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Remove the mixture from the fire, then add blossom water, rose water, and mastic and stir for several minutes.
  • Pour half of the mixture into cups to serve, then add the biscuits to it.
  • Re-add the remaining amount of the mixture over the biscuits, then bring them into the refrigerator for two hours or until they hold together.
  • Take it out from the refrigerator, then turn it on a serving dish, and decorate it with syrup.
