This week I wanted to discuss with you the importance of our general state of mind in our lives and how much it has a significant impact on the events that are happening to us. That it is positive and negative elsewhere.
“Your beliefs become your thoughts, your thoughts become your words, your words become your actions, your actions become your habits, your habits become your values, your values become your destiny.”
I’m not really a spiritual person, but I believe in life, in destiny. Everything happens for a reason, and we are, in a way, responsible for what happens to us. The positive attracts the positive and the negative attracts the negative simply. I believe that we are masters of our lives. It was during my readings and research on personal development that I understood that. And I wanted to address this subject by talking first of all about the law of attraction.
Law of Attraction
The law of attraction makes it possible to attract in our life all the things that are positive or negative, to which we pay attention, energy, interest. All our thoughts … It is based on the fact that everything in the universe is energy / vibratory frequencies. Every thought, emotion or even desire emits a vibratory frequency. And that’s what the universe recognizes.
As a result, all the thoughts and actions we take have a direct impact on our lives because the Universe reacts according to what we emit, not what we want.
“You do not get what you want, but what you are. “
Now that I have told you about this famous law of attraction; I share with his 6 things to do to cultivate a more positive state of mind, a better “Mindset” every day. This is what I apply on a daily basis, in addition to the law of attraction
Set goals
Every beginning of the month I work in the same way. In my notebook, I note my goals/intentions for the coming month. No need to put pressure on yourself. Just list 3 to 5 goals to motivate yourself to achieve! Achievable goals that arise, why not, goals that you have set for the year. Setting goals and achieving them is very challenging! Personally, it helps me, boosts me every day and because of that, I am much more positive.
Manage emotions
I must admit, it’s harder to say than to say … Learning to manage what you feel is really beneficial. Take a step back from your emotions, analyze and understand them are very useful to better apprehend them. Be careful, I’m not saying here that we have to repress them! Simply better to welcome them Generally I work by step: identity, listen, analyze, express or release it … It’s a long process to set up, I confess I do not manage to always manage but with work, It’s entirely possible
To be grateful
Gratitude. Said how that sounds a bit idealistic but cultivating gratitude on a daily basis is very useful! Being aware of what you have, putting things into perspective is important. If, like many, you find it difficult to put in place your reflexes of gratitude and gratitude, I advise you to keep a journal of gratitude and to write every day a few sentences of gratitude such as: What made you the happiest today?
Stop comparing yourself to others
A first step to get there, accept yourself. Nobody is perfect, we are all different! And that’s our strength. Our differences, which make us unique! The world would be very sad if it is essential for this purpose, to focus on our strengths, to accept its weaknesses but ESPECIALLY works on you, become a better version of yourself. And to gain self-confidence helps in everyday life to no longer compare to others. Instead, focus on yourself and your life rather than others. Stop comparing, inhale!
Realize
The main point of my article. To come true! Take charge of your life, do things for yourself without paying attention to the looks of others. Do our best. Realize his projects, his objectives. Nothing better to cultivate a good state of mind.
“The state of your life is nothing more than a reflection of your state of mind. “
