6 things you shouldn’t put up with in people anymore

Chances are you have matured over the years and now know how people behave in relationships. But with this New Year, you also need to make some good resolutions.

Here are 6 things you shouldn’t even put up with in other people

1. BLAME YOUR BEHAVIOR BECAUSE OF MENSTRUATION

Of course, women tend to be a little emotional and cranky during their period. Since the beginning of time, men have used it as a scapegoat to explain their “bad mood”, but they never stop once to consider that it will not improve things.

2. NETFLIX IS NOT A MEETING

When someone asks if you want to watch Netflix to relax, don’t put that on your calendar as a date: it doesn’t.

If you agree, prepare to have an insignificant evening.

3.DON’T LET YOU WALK ABOVE

Social media has devalued the dating world – you have to stand up for yourself. Don’t let anyone, especially someone you hang out with, step on you.

You are worth more than that and deserve to be treated well.

Just because meeting someone new is easy doesn’t mean you have to let yourself be walked over to keep that person in your life. If he walks away just because you don’t answer his call: leave him.

4. COMMENTS ON WEIGHT ARE NOT NECESSARY

It is neither recommended nor wise to comment on a person’s weight. No one wants people to comment on their curves, much less if it’s to destroy self-confidence. You should never let someone’s words hurt you.

5.  RESPONSIBILITIES DO NOT REQUIRE REWARDS

If you’re thinking about giving her a cookie just to take out the trash: stop. There is no reason to be rewarded for living up to your responsibilities, and some people seem to have different views.

This is where the cycle ends: don’t allow him/her to have a reward system for the things for which he/she is responsible.

6. LISTEN TO A SINGLE PERSON’S STORIES

Everyone has heard: “My ex was a psychopath”, “My last breakup was her fault” or “I didn’t do anything wrong, she was just crazy”.

We heard all the stories and accepted them over and over again only to find that the story didn’t end there.

Neither party is innocent in a breakup.

This year, we owe it to ourselves to seize the opportunity to make big changes and stick to them. Make it a better year by realizing your worth, your soul will thank you.
