A Love Letter to the Man Who Loves Me After Abuse

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and appreciation for the love you have shown me since we met. It has been a long and difficult journey to get to where I am today, and I could not have done it without you.

As you know, I have survived abuse in the past. It left me broken, damaged, and afraid to trust anyone again. I had given up on the idea of ever finding someone who would love me for who I am, flaws and all. But then you came into my life, and everything changed.

You have been patient with me, understanding my fears and insecurities, and never once judging me for them. You have shown me what it means to be truly loved and respected, and I cannot thank you enough for that.

You have seen me at my worst, during the times when I was still healing from my past. You have held me when I cried, listened when I needed to talk, and supported me in every way possible. You have never made me feel like a burden or an inconvenience, and for that, I am eternally grateful.

Through your love and kindness, you have helped me to heal and grow. You have shown me that there is still good in the world, and that I am worthy of love and respect. You have given me the courage to trust again, to open my heart and let love in.

I know that there will still be challenges ahead, but I am confident that we can face them together. Your love and support give me the strength to keep going, to keep fighting, and to keep believing in a better future.

Thank you for being my rock, my confidant, my best friend, and my partner in life. I am so lucky to have you by my side, and I promise to love you with all my heart for as long as I live.
